As a solo entrepreneur and first-generation American, I understand many of the hurdles and concerns that my clients have as they start and grow their businesses. Anyone who knows me has remarked that I naturally think like a lawyer, but it took me a lot of time and education to become one! I have a knack for thinking many steps ahead and understanding how something might impact a business down the line. This is especially true for solo and small businesses, which tend to have limited resources and are the most in need of business and employment legal expertise to compete in the marketplace.
